FiTT Reformer Pilates – Booking Terms & Conditions!
Thank you for choosing FiTT Reformer Pilates. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all participants, please review the following booking terms before confirming your class:
1. Bookings
All class bookings must be made online via our website prior to attending. Bookings are essential as class sizes are limited to ensure a personalised experience. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.
2. Cancellations & Reschedules
We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any class cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class or non-attendance will result in the session being forfeited (no refund or credit). Early cancellations (outside of 12 hours) may be rescheduled to another available class time.
3. Payments
All classes are pre-paid at the time of booking via the website. No payments are accepted in-studio.(Pilates only).
4. Arrival & Late Entry
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to get set up and ready. For safety reasons, late arrivals of more than 5 minutes may not be permitted once class has started.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class begins. Grip socks are optional for hygiene and safety. FiTT Reformer Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation if a client’s health or conduct poses a risk to themselves or others.
6. Refunds
Class purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. In the event of class cancellation by FiTT Reformer Pilates (e.g., instructor illness), affected bookings will be credited or rescheduled.
7. Studio Etiquette
Please clean your reformer after class using the provided wipes. Mobile phones should be on silent during class. Respect the space, equipment, and others at all times.
